DELIVERY

The delivery of products ordered on the website www.foodbox.rs in the territory of the Republic of Serbia is carried out by the courier service Aks express kurir doo. 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time for goods purchased in the online store is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends.

Due to the increased volume of orders during seasonal sales, the delivery period may extend up to 7 business days.

After processing your order, you will be notified of its status via email.

PACKAGE COLLECTION BY THE CUSTOMER

All shipments from www.foodbox.rs are delivered between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays, and from 9 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. Goods are delivered personally to the customer or to the person designated as the recipient. The customer or recipient must be at the address specified in the order form during delivery hours (8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and Saturdays).

If delivery is not possible due to the customer's absence or that of another designated recipient, and the goods need to be returned to the dispatch point, the customer will bear the cost of returning the goods.

Each shipment will be attempted for delivery twice. If you are unavailable at the address provided during ordering for the second attempt, the courier will try to contact you via the phone number provided in the order. If contact cannot be established, the package will be returned to us. In such a case, the customer will bear the cost of the return. Products from returned shipments may be sold to third parties, as the purchase agreement is considered terminated at that point.

Upon receiving the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and agree on possible reshipping.

When receiving the package, the customer is obliged to visually inspect the package in the presence of the courier or postal worker. If the package shows visible damage such as tears or dents, the customer must request the package to be opened in the presence of the courier. If it is determined that the items are damaged, the courier will create a damage report. In case of content damage, the courier service will compensate for the incurred costs.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery costs are calculated according to the official price list of the courier service.
